Frequently Asked Question

For research involving patients or general practitioners, or research relying on encrypted routine (care) data, please fill out a request using this portal (https://www.elanresearch.nl/index.php). When first entering a research request, please fill out as much fields as you can (some fields may not apply to your research).

Co-applicants should include the (most important) co-authors: add at least the first and last author, authors affiliated with ELAN, and all co-authors that want access to the data. 

Of note, the print option gives you the opportunity to see a pdf-version of your request. This summary will be send to the appropriate steering committee. Please, also use this system for all communication with the ELAN team members.
